Earlier in the week, I solicited your help via Why won’t KFC share nutrition info about their VEGGIES?! to get answers. Well, it worked! I want to thank everyone for their efforts.
Here’s the info:
• Vegetable Harvest Blend Small: 45 calories & 100 milligrams sodium
• Vegetable Harvest Blend Medium: 110 calories & 250 milligrams sodium
• Vegetable Harvest Blend Large: 220 calories & 520 milligrams sodium
If you have ordered this veggie combo, you may have thought that it was simply potatoes, carrots, red peppers and red onions but you would be wrong. There’s much more to this dish that meets the eye.
Here is the ingredient list:
Harvest Vegetable Blend Ingredients:
Potatoes, carrots, red peppers, red onions, canola oil, sodium acid pyrophosphate.
Seasoning mix:
Corn maltodextrin, monosodium glutamate, salt, wheat flour, modified palm oil, spices and herbs, dehydrated garlic, dehydrated onion, hydrolyzed corn protein, soy sauce solids (soybeans, wheat, salt), high oleic sunflower oil, yeast extract, natural flavour, chicken fat, disodium inosinate, and disodium guanylate, extractives of paprika, extractives of turmeric, calcium silicate, silicon dioxide, parsley.
KFC did send me their nutrition information file and now says that they will be putting it online in the near future. I have never seen such a small file containing nutrition information so be sure to zoom in if you want to read it.

But I have to ask: what has taken them so long?
What do you think about the ingredient list? Would you eat these veggies? Please share in the comment section below.
Re the KFC Vegetable nutrition list:
No I would not eat it since they list MSG as the 2nd ingredient in their seasoning mix.
